We built a powerful task management application for a remote-first tech company that needed to coordinate work across multiple distributed teams. The platform combines Kanban boards, Gantt charts, time tracking, and team chat into one unified workspace.

The Challenge

The client was using a combination of spreadsheets, email, and multiple disconnected tools to manage projects. This created information silos, missed deadlines, and poor visibility into team workloads. They needed a single platform that could replace all their existing tools and scale with their growing team.

The Solution

We developed a full-featured project management application using React with a real-time backend powered by WebSockets and a GraphQL API. The app features drag-and-drop Kanban boards, interactive Gantt charts, built-in time tracking, and a team chat with message threading. We used IndexedDB for offline support and CRDT algorithms for conflict-free collaboration.
