We built a comprehensive e-commerce platform for a mid-sized retail client looking to scale their online presence. The solution needed to handle thousands of products, real-time stock updates, and provide a seamless shopping experience across all devices.

The platform features a modern storefront, secure checkout flow, integrated payment gateways, and a powerful admin panel for managing inventory, orders, and customer data.

The Challenge

The client's existing website was outdated, slow, and unable to handle growing traffic. They needed a complete rebuild with modern architecture that could scale, along with real-time inventory syncing across multiple warehouses and a mobile-first shopping experience.

The Solution

We built the platform using Next.js for the frontend with a headless Shopify backend for product management. The admin dashboard was custom-built with React and Node.js, featuring real-time analytics, order management, and a drag-and-drop inventory system. We integrated Stripe for payments and implemented a custom search with Algolia.
